Six for the 30-second Teaser, twelve for the 60-second Showcase, eighteen for the 90-second Feature. Each photo becomes a five-second shot, so the count and the runtime always line up. Every one of those photos becomes its own AI motion clip, so the number you pick is the number of clips you get back. Send more than the package covers if you have them — we will pick the strongest and you can swap any of them in your revision round.

It generates the frames between where your camera was and where it would have been if it had kept moving — a push toward the house, a drift across the kitchen. Every photo in your package gets this treatment, not just the exterior. The house itself does not change. Very occasionally a photo cannot take motion cleanly — a tight bathroom with a large mirror is the usual culprit — and when that happens we tell you and use a precision camera pan on that shot instead, rather than shipping you a warped room. We do not add furniture, remove power lines, change the sky or improve the view. If a generated frame bends a wall or warps a window, we throw it out and re-run it before you ever see it.

AB 723 has required written disclosure for digitally altered listing media since January 1, 2026, and simulated camera movement created from stills sits inside that conversation. We hand you the exact disclosure line with every delivery and burn a short version into the last frame. Run our wording past your broker once and you are covered for every order after that.

Only if you own the rights or hold a license for it — send us the file and the license and we will cut to it. Otherwise we work from a commercially licensed catalogue, which is the entire point: a video scored with a chart record gets muted on Instagram, claimed on YouTube and can get a brokerage page restricted.

Twenty-four hours from a complete order, most of the time faster. "Complete" means the photos, the address details and your branding are all in. If something is missing we will email you the same day rather than guess.

Every package includes revision rounds — one for the Teaser, two for the Showcase, three for the Feature — and you get them before you have paid anything — the preview comes first. A round is one consolidated list, and it covers swapping up to two photos, changing the music lane, reordering the shots and fixing any text on the cards. Send it within 14 days. If you use up your included rounds and want another pass, just ask and we'll sort out a fair price for it. And if the first cut misses so badly that a revision will not save it, we re-cut it from scratch once at no charge — that has nothing to do with your revision rounds.

You pay when you place the order, and you are protected by a written guarantee rather than by holding money back. Here is how it works. You pay, you send your photos, and within 24 hours you get a Drive link with the finished video and every clip. If something is off, use your included revision round — swap a photo, change the music, reorder the shots. If we still cannot make it right, tell us within seven days and we refund the whole thing. No forms, no argument, no restocking fee. All we ask is that you do not publish a video you have asked us to refund. We would rather give you your money back than have you post something you are not proud of.

A Google Drive link, sent by email. Inside it you get two things: the finished edit as a widescreen 16:9 MP4 at 1080p HD, and a folder containing every AI motion clip on its own. Everything is yours to use however you like, for as long as you like.

Two things. First, the final render — your photos cut together in order, with the AI motion, the licensed music timed to the cuts, your title card and your branded end card. That is the file you post. Second, a clips folder containing every AI motion clip on its own, unedited and without music: six of them on a Teaser, twelve on a Showcase, eighteen on a Feature. Those are yours to do whatever you want with — post one a day as Stories, drop them behind text in your own edits, use them in a listing presentation, or hand them to whoever runs your social. Most people order the video and end up getting more use out of the clips.

Yes, and here is exactly how. Every order lands in its own separate folder in our Google Drive. That folder is not public, not indexed, and not shared with anyone outside production — no other client can browse, search or stumble into your files. We never post your photos or your video anywhere, and your work only becomes a sample of ours if you give written permission, which you can withdraw later. Original photographs and finished videos are deleted after twelve months, or on the day you ask us to, whichever comes first.

We close on a one-second KeyFrame mark, the way a production company would. If you would rather not have it — some brokerages restrict third-party branding in listing advertising — just say so and we will take it off. That is free and we will not ask twice.

Because you would be paying for an upscale. The AI motion shots are generated at roughly 1080p, so a 4K version would be that same footage stretched — bigger file, no more detail. 1080p is also what every platform and portal actually wants, and they re-compress your upload regardless. If you have a genuine 4K need, like a listing presentation on a large screen, ask and we will quote it honestly rather than sell you a resize.

Yes. Nothing about this needs us to be near the property — you send files, we send files back. We work with agents anywhere in the world. Two things to know: we invoice in US dollars, and disclosure rules for AI-assisted listing media differ by country, so run our standard wording past your broker or regulator once before you rely on it.

No. We start from the photos you already have, which is what keeps this at $129 instead of $600. If your photos are weak, a video will not fix that — get the shoot done properly first and then send them over.
